Visit to Arizona

I went on a super fun trip to Arizona. We went to visit my Grandma Booth and Motorcycle (Grandpa) who were there for a few months. We also went to visit my Uncle Kevin, Aunt Sandy, and my cousins Emily, Zachary, and Nathanael. I had so much fun. This is only a few of the pictures of the many things we did there.

I flew in a plane to get to Arizona. It was really fun. I ate snacks, slept, and tried to watch a movie.

On Monday we went to the Phoenix Zoo. It was so fun to be running around in shorts in the hot weather. This is a giant tortoise shell that I am in. That tortoise must have been huge!

These monkeys were so cute. They were tiny and very active little guys!

The big kids bounced very high on the trampoline. I didn't like to do that. It was way too scary for me.

I prefer to run around in circles then fall down. It is much safer that way.

Zachary and Nathanael let me play with their Rescue Heroes. Emily let me play with this beautiful house for the Rescue Heroes to play and sleep in. (They are truly in touch with their "feminine side.")

I loved Aunt Sandy's chairs. Before I went out to play I liked to make them go, "night, night."

Nathanael and I read the comics together. I didn't really see the humor, but maybe that's because I can't read.

Here Motorcycle (Grandpa) and I are sitting by the pool at Uncle Kevin's and Aunt Sandy's house.

Aunt Sandy had a orange tree in her back yard, and we could pick oranges whenever we wanted. It was awesome!!

Grandma and Grandpa took mommy and I to a park where there were lots of funny birds. There were pigeons, chickens, and roosters. A nice lady gave us some bird seed so we got to feed the birds. That was so much fun.

My favorite part of the whole week was the train park. I got to ride a big train. We went over a bridge and through a tunnel. We also ate a picnic lunch and played on a fun playground city.

This was a very big train that I really loved to look at. We couldn't go in it.

I got to ride a merry-go-round at the train park too! My horsey was going up and down. Mom was trying to hang on to me, but she was going up and down too so Grandpa helped hang on to me.

Before we went home Grandma and I climbed a mountain at Uncle Kevin and Aunt Sandy's church. They have a mountain right there at the church!

I was a great mountain climber. I did it all by myself*.

*Mom carried me up most of the mountain.

Zachary and Nathanael were our trailblazers for our mountain climb. They moved rocks and cut back pokey bushes.

This part was rather difficult.

On the way home mommy gave me all kinds of candy and bad stuff. I loved it!!!! What a great trip.

Baking with Bobbie

Bobbie and Papa came for a visit and we did lots of fun things including going out to eat, shopping and my favorite thing of all, baking cookies.

Bobbie and I made these fabulous peanut butter cookies. They were pretty easy to make, but then we put some sprinkles on the top for added flavor.

I had to try the sprinkles to make sure they were okay.

Placement is key.

Here I am checking out the cookies to see if they are done or not. Yummm, cookies. Daddy said they were some of his favorite cookies.

Must See Movie Time

I don't usually like to recommend particular movies but I feel I must tell you about this one. Robin Hood (the Disney version with the fox) is the greatest movie ever made. At the beginning all the animals walk/run across the screen and they whistle. I like to whistle along with the movie.

The angry animals were running with open mouths and yelling. I am showing mom that I can open my mouth just like them. This movie is the best!

Robin Hood and Little John are the funny, excellent archers, and a friend of the hard workers of Nottingham.

Toy Storage

So the other day mom got really tired of having my toys laying around. I like having all those toys available, but mommy said her feet were sore from stepping on little cars. Daddy said he was tired of cleaning up the toys after I dumped them out and never played with them. Whatever. Sounds like a lot of whining to me. So anyway, mommy went to IKEA to get me a place to keep all my toys and just like everything else from IKEA we had to put it together ourselves. I helped Daddy.

Daddy would say, give me a screw and I would give one to him. Good thing I have been watching Handy Manny!

I am so good at putting things together!

Car Show

This year I got to go to the car show. I loved running around and seeing all the cars. I can tell you what I did not like and that was climbing in the cars. That was very scary. I can't tell you why, but I just didn't like it.

I really liked this little green or yellow, or blue, or red car. (I'm not so good at the colors.)

I got to drive a real car at the car show. I had to wear this hat.

Daddy came with me on the track to keep me on the track. He thought I needed help.

Daddy told me that if I wanted to drive I had to push the pedal. I pushed the pedal. Daddy said, "No hands, push with your feet." How would I know that?

Here I am trying to figure out how to push the pedal with my feet. It can't be that hard.

Here I am practicing driving by pushing the pedal and I was keeping my hands at 10 and 2.

I was such a great driver. I really don't know why dad was even there. I was such a great driver.

Dad kept yelling something about stering. Whatever, I was great.

This was one really cool robot that was there. He was very big, but he wasn't scary at all.

This is how I build things.

Lately I have been working on some really great buildings. I have been building towers and lining my cars up so they can race and drive together. I am also working on my smile. I think I look great. Mom and Dad tell me that I look like I am in pain. Whatever. Did they go to modeling school?

These are my little speed cars. They were saying, "cheese" for this picture.

I built this cool tower all by myself. Mommy says I am learning geometry. I just like building stuff.
Here I am building a church. Notice the steeple. Mom caught me before I was ready for a picture.
That's better. This is my smile. Isn't it great? I am scouting for agents.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentines Day, everybody! I am having a really great day. This morning we had some red orange juice and strawberry waffles. They were really yummy! After breakfast Mommy and Daddy gave me Mrs. Potato Head. Mr. Potato Head was so happy. Then we watched Toy Story 2.
I sat on the couch with all my Toy Story friends including, Slinky Dog, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Woody, Rex, and Buzz. My monkey wanted to watch too, even though he isn't in the movie.

I love watching the Pixar movies. So far I have seen Toy Story 1 and 2, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, Cars, and Wall-E.

Buzz is so funny. He is my favorite. To infinity and beyond!
