I am in Michigan now. Mom and I are here visiting with Grandma and Grandpa Booth. Grandma Gies and Aunt Emily brought Mommy, Lucy, and me here. I heard we went through a pretty bad snowstorm, but I stayed calm and cool (most of the time).

I was a pretty good boy on the way to Detroit from Chicago. Auntie Em and Grandma entertained me in the back seat. Lucy was being kind of a pest, but she slept some of the time.

Grandpa had a drill and he was working on some important stuff in the kitchen. I was helping him and working with his tools.

Okay, I thought Grandpa was doing important work, but do you know what he did? He installed locks on the doors of all the kitchen cabinets that I loved to get into. I thought we were on the same page, but I guess not. I forgive him though because he let me play with his tools when he was done.

I was a little thirsty so I climbed up on Grandma's stool and found out if I pushed a spot on the freezer door water would pour out. It was really fun until mom said no and pulled me away. So typical.

Here Grandma and I are working on doing some dishes. I showed her how to splash in the sink and she showed me how to wash and rinse the dishes. I helped her put them in the dish rack, but then I decided to rewash them so I put them back in the sink.
