We haven't done this in awhile so I decided to let you know what I am up to lately. I have been going through a little bit of a growth spurt so I am starting to outgrow some of my clothes. I am getting really big or at least that is what everyone who tries picking me up is saying lately.
Mom came to get me in the morning after I woke up and talked for a little. I still like to throw my pacifiers out of the crib, but then I get upset that threw them. So I cry and then finally mom comes to get me.
After she took me out of my crib I get a bath. I get a little dirty overnight so I need something to clean me off. I know mom wanted to do this picture diary, but come on. No pictures in the tub please!
Okay, I guess I can smile for one picture. Aren't I cute?
I start my day with a yummy breakfast of sweet potato pancakes. I don't taste the sweet potato, but whatever. I love to eat breakfast. I also enjoyed a banana and some juice.
This was the highlight of my day. We went out shopping and we went to the puppy day care at the pet store. I LOVE dogs!!! I REALLY LOVE dogs. That is pretty much what I think of all day long. I walk around the house saying, "Doggie, doggie, doggie." The doggies were pretty active, and after we looked at everything else I wanted to go back and visit them.
We also saw the birds and reptiles. Mom says she won't get me a bird, but maybe she would get me a turtle when I get a little bigger.
I fell asleep on our way home. I was trying to stay awake, but I just couldn't take it. So much fun; so little energy.
I found my magnets so I had a good time putting those on my refrigerator. I love hanging out with mom in the kitchen. She needs my help, really. Without me, who would rearrange the plastic wear all the time? Who would move the towels and hide the dishrags? Trust me: she needs me. Notice my new slippers that mom got for me at Target.
After my lunch, I need to get some energy out. I like to climb and play with my toys in the family room while mom cleans up from lunch.
I love playing. Aren't I getting so big?
I had my favorite dinner of hot dogs! I really like hot dogs. After dinner I enjoy finishing my milk while sitting on the kitchen floor. I know it is unusual, but at least I get my milk, Yum! Before bed mom gave me a taste of brownie. Brownie and milk is a perfect combination.
It was a long day and I am pooped. Mom brushed my teeth while I brushed hers. We read some good stories and then I went to bed. I love being able to curl up in my bed and cuddle. I need to get some sleep so I can drive mom and dad wild tomorrow. It will be Saturday so I can have some real fun!!
